Pioneer PDP-LX5090 — Character Property Installation
A Pioneer PDP-LX5090 plasma TV installed in a character barn conversion with exposed oak beams and timber framing. The display was wall mounted within a white plastered alcove framed by the original oak structure, with a dedicated power point behind the panel for a completely cable-free appearance.
Integrated Surround Sound
Flush-mounted in-ceiling speakers were installed for surround sound, with a dedicated AV equipment cupboard housing Pioneer amplifiers, a Blu-ray player and source components — keeping all technology hidden from the living space. A premium speaker was placed at floor level near the screen for additional audio.
The Pioneer LX5090 was a reference-grade plasma known for its exceptional contrast and colour accuracy. The installation works beautifully within the character of the property, blending high-end home cinema technology with rustic oak beams and traditional architecture.
