How Aerial Installation Works
1. Free Site Survey
Roger visits your property to assess signal strength using professional metering equipment. He'll check the direction of the nearest transmitter (most of Colchester and Essex receive from the Sudbury transmitter), identify any obstructions, and recommend the right aerial type and position.
2. Installation
The aerial is mounted on a pole attached to the chimney stack, fascia board or wall bracket — whichever gives the strongest, most reliable signal. Cable is routed neatly down the outside of the property and brought inside through a drilled entry point, sealed to prevent water ingress.
3. Testing & Handover
Every Freeview channel is scanned and tested to ensure a clean, strong signal with no breakup. We show you how to retune if needed and leave the property exactly as we found it. Most aerial installations are completed within 2–3 hours.
Our Guarantee
All aerial installations come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If your signal drops, a connection comes loose, or anything isn't right, call us and we'll come back and fix it at no extra cost. We carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
