How We Work
1. Free Consultation
Roger visits your property or venue to understand your requirements and assess the space. He'll recommend the right equipment, speaker positions, and screen sizes for your room and budget.
2. Design & Quote
We present a detailed proposal with transparent pricing — equipment, labour and materials all itemised. No hidden costs. We can supply all equipment or work with items you've already purchased.
3. Installation
All cabling is run internally through walls and ceilings before speakers and screens are fitted. For new builds or renovations, we can work alongside your builder or decorator during first-fix to ensure everything is concealed from the start.
4. Calibration & Handover
Every speaker is positioned, angled and calibrated for the best sound in your room. We test all inputs, demonstrate the controls, and make sure you're comfortable operating everything before we leave.
